Guest guest
I might be a little confused but We dont give enzymes with candy. My understanding was that the enzymes were to break down the food so that the child gets all of the nutritional value of what she is fed. But I may be wrong. Josh has only been on enzymes for about a year. If Triana is not a big eater, you could try smoothies. Josh loves them. Here's a simple recipe that you can modify to add calories. Since my hips dont need any extra we use it as is. 1/2 cup vanilla non fat frozen yogurt 1/2 bananna 1/4 cup frozen sweetened strawberries 1cup orange juice sometimes we add a little crushed ice to keep it really cold. Then just blend away!! Have a peaceful evening. Shanna Hi there, I have been reading all the posts replying to you and they all are very informative and all have great value in them. I thought I would add my two cents worth. Ainslie was diagnosed as a baby and we didn't have too many problems with compliance, but around the age of 18months we were including hanging her upside down and tickling, a mini tramp, and we also got her interested in walking distances - jelly beans come in really handy to get this type of exercise going. I still gave her cpt twice a day but she wasn't productive, but it made Me feel better, that I was doing something to try to keep her well. Now she is 10 she doesn't really want cpt but still doesn't really need it as she has dancing twice a week, swimming, skipping, walking, and general running around. So she may have cpt 3-4 times a week when she is well, more often when unwell. Consider all the posts, collect all the alternatives, consult with your doctor and physiotherapist, ask for any extra ideas and go ahead with what YOU feel comfortable doing.
