Guest guest
We've been on SCD since 10/05. Results have been nothing short of a miracle. We were GF/CF prior to SCD. I have used some butter and goat cheese in the last 2 months. I have been very cautious and seen really no reactions to it at all. So now, I am feeling brave enough to go for the yogurt. I try to keep up with all the messages and have seen lots of different ways to make yogurt, but I think I'd really prefer to just follow the directions and plug in the machine. Question is, which machine? I'll be feeding a family of 4. 2 hungry and growing boys (3 &7), one really hungry hubby and myself. We are all looking forward to adding something new.
