Michigan Blue Cross Insurance denial

Has anyone encountered Michigan Blue Cross denials. After waiting

for 2 months, and our case still is opened, we called to see what

the

status was and what was holding it up. They stated " it would not be

covered because it is experimental. " Does any one have any

suggestions where to go from here? I fit all the criteria they have

listed.

I too have Michigan Blue Cross Blue Shield. My group is Preferred

Plus from General Motors.

I was denied for the same reason.

What is funny is I have 3 friends that I know of that had the Open

RYN and they have the same insurance as I and from the same employer.

Their surgery was covered.

I too have Michigan Blue Cross Blue Shield. My group is Preferred

, Don't let them get away with that!!! My insurance refused to pay

also. I have an attorney and we are going to court and sue the sobs!!!

experimental. I have Acordia insurance. If you get any information, please
