Food Allergy/Celiac Disease Refs in Nase's Book

Hi Dr. Lazoff,

I did find some references regarding food allergies and celiac

disease in Dr. Nase's book. I have a feeling that these references

just discuss those issues alone and are not combined with

rosacea/flushing. Anyway, here they are:
