Guest guest
Hi Sue, > Does anyone take more than the recommended amount (3 bill) of acidophillus. I am basically on the paleo diet and doing the SCD diet for my son. I started taking the acidophillus to see if I could add some of the SCD foods to my diet. I felt great in the beginning so I started drinking two cups of green tea per day. I tolerated it well for awhile but now I am having diarrhea in the morning. Do I need more acidophillus or have some of you found that you just can't tolerate the green tea, or any type of caffeine for that matter? Are you making the tea weak or strong. If too strong that could contribute to the diarrhea. If the diarrhea continues you should probably cut out the green tea until it clears up and then gradually readd later. You may do better with just some weak black tea or peppermint tea. Sheila, SCD 60 mos, 22 yrs UC mom of Em and Dan
