Guest guest
Sorry to hear things are still not much better for you. Today was the best day I've had for a while so I'm hoping the stent is starting to work and I'm on the mend for a while. My sweet surgeon did give me a script for more pain med. I told him I wanted something a little weaker than the Lortab 10 since I'm doing better. He gave me panlor dc. It has dihydrocodeine, caffeine, and tylenol. He told me if it didn't work well for me to let him know and he'd call in something different. He prescribed one or two. I took one first and it didn't seem to do much so I took another. I think it has helped but I really think Lortab 5 may work better. I'm gonna give it a day or so and see what I think. I had never heard of panlor dc or of dihydrocodeine. I have to have two ultrasounds done tomorrow. They are going to look at my renal arteries and the mesenteric arteries (of the stomach). I had a 60% blockage of the right renal artery back in 2000 and it hasn't been checked since. The new internal med doc was not happy that it had not been checked again, especially since they just discovered in July (two weeks before the panc attack) that I have a clotting disorder caused by lupus. Hope this e-mail finds you doing better.
