Hi Marie,I am glad to hear from Sheila that bay leaves are legal. My Italian mom

from the old country would always suggest boiling water with a 1/2 of a broken

bay leaf strain and drink the water-not the leaf for my children when they were

infants. There must be truth in it,by the way I am going to try your suggestion

for my son because he is constipated as well.Good luck and thanks for reminding

me to listen to my mom.Toni ,Matteo asd 4 yares old scd 31/2 months

constipation/use of bayleaf

Hello,

My son recently having costipation problems. One of his therapist

from India recommended to take bayleaf and soak in hot water until

soft. Then I could crush it and mix would food or have him eat it by

itself if he can. She said guarantee he will have a bowel movement.

Does anyone know if bayleaf is safe to use?

Thanks

Marie

Hi Toni,

Did the bay leaves work for your son? It did not work for my son

but it did work for my daughter (who is not diagnosed with asd).

I'll have him try drinking the water. I mixed the leaf with his

food. Hope it worked for your son.
