I'm speaking up!

Mountain Rose Herbs is my favorite supplier of many things. Check out the

capsule prices, starting at $3 for 100 " 0 " capsules.

Also, 1 gallon of extra virgin, shelf stable, phillippine fermented, organic

coconut oil is $28 a gallon...yes, it is the same coconut that is carried at

Tropical Traditions, or whatever the name of that huge mark up store is. lol 1

gallon of organic expeller pressed is only $18, if you want a flavorless coconut

oil.

Other things of note at Mountain Rose...they only keep things on their shelves

for no longer than 3 months, beating everyone out in the industry. They sell

incredibly fine organic evening primrose oils, olive oils, pumpkin seed oil,

borage oil, etc. They sell all the makings for making your own soaps and own

hygiene stuff, a blessing for us very sensitive individuals. Most of all, they

sell fresh and quality for very low prices.

You can order a catalogue if you don't like browsing online, right there on

the site.

Cooking herbs are to die for. Nothing is added, so if you buy rosemary, you

are buying rosemary. And fresh!

I bought cellulose capsules (plant capsules) from Kirkman Labs. Their #

is 1-. The capsules were kind of expensive (given that they

were empty!) so if anybody else has a supplier please speak up.
