New to cooking, please read!

I was at 's craft store yesterday. In their book section, they

have several cook books.

One I would like to recommend based on the concise information and the

very low cost of just $2.99...

The Essential Cook Book

I am not recommending it because of its recipes (some may be legal,

others are not). I am recommending it because the first part of the

cook book explains clearly the meaning of all of the common cooking

terms. The first 48 pages deal with the cooking terms, cooking

utensils, spices, etc. It's one of those small hardback books. A very

handy, inexpensive guide for those just entering the world of homemade

cooking.
