I've noticed Metrocream and MetroGel comes up a lot on

this list. I've used both and found them to be

useless. But I'm curious, do people who use these

products put the stuff all over their faces, or just

on the affected areas?

I use the MetroCream all over my face --- for me, it acts as a gently

moisturizer as well as whatever it's supposed to do. I can't see where it's

doing anything for the cea, but since it's not hurting anything and my

face is not getting any worse, I keep using (in the morning when I get up,

and at night before I go to bed).

Me too, doesn't hurt and seems to keep the redness away.

I apply to cheeks and nose, once in the morning and before

bed. I also use the brown rosacea III-ltd disk lightly

before bed, as it seems to help as well.

thx

Has anyone had an adverse reaction to metrocream? I

haven't heard any mention of a negative reaction, but

I want to check before I try use it again. I tried it

once a while back and it did nothing, but I thought

I'd try again.

Thanks -
