Hi

my 2.5 year old has a big tummy

I am considering an enema

but need help

have you done it

does it need Dr's supervision

where to get info

how is it done?

We are trying to get our son to go, especially during

chelation period. So far we tried everything, with no

avail. So back to the enema. Buy an enema kit from the

pharmacy(very cheap). Fill the enema bottle with 1 cup

warm distilled water. Our son is 40 lbs. Squeeze any

access air out off the bottle. We lubricate the tub

with lanolin cream, or you can use something that is

preservative free. Make sure your child is on his

right side lying down in a fetal position. (NOT EASY

TO DO WITH OUR SON) This always does the trick in our

house.HTH and
