Jenn,

The enzymes from Houston's will help with what you are looking for.

H-NzymePrime is a good all purpose enyzme.

Peptizyde targets the gluten and casein.

No Fenol will break down the highly phenolic foods.

I would definitely go this route versus restricting her diet further,

especially since she is just now coming around and trying new foods.
