I have never taken Accutane, so I'm not an expert at this, but as I

understand it, High doses of accutane (like those used to treat acne) will

cause increased redness/flushing and can cause your cea to get worse.

Low doses of accutane (approximately 10-20% of standard acne-fighting doses)

will cause a decrease in cea flushing/inflammation etc
