Bridget, C, and Group,

I know exactly what you mean by " unelastic. " It's almost like the face is out

of

shape, as though the inner layers are uneven. It's hard to describe and

probably

not all that obvious to others but it is to me.

And like C, I am getting a lot of fine lines in the rosacea areas of my face.

Mostly they are crinkly, wavy lines. I am in my mid 50s and my dermatologist is

blaming this on aging. Well, I do have lines related to aging but these are

different and have come since the rosacea and only in the rosacea areas of my

face.

If there are other board members with these crinkly lines/unelastic skin, would

you add your comments and perhaps mention your approximate age. I really think

these symptoms are related to the inflammation of rosacea.
