Has anyone ever seen rashiness from honey?

Hi all and thanks for such thorough responses!

My ds has been getting these sudden bright red rashes on his cheeks

and chin and on the the tops of his hands. He complains about the pain

and tries rubbing/scratching it and I put coconut oil on it and it

seems to help. The only thing that seems to correspond with the sudden

onset of the irritation is following eating some plain honey (with

pancake for example). Has anyone seen this kind of thing? Cameron

didn't have a reaction to it before...
