Yes, the result is very likely wrong. One physician told me that there is a

50% error rate in the organic acid testing. If you see symptoms of yeast,

then it is likely that your observations are more correct than the test.

Have you tried Candex? One thing you might consider is to try giving

Candex, and then if you see " sandy " stools, that would be a symptom of yeast

die-off, which would be an indication that there is yeast.

Hope this helps,

" I have just received the result of an Organic Acid Test. Among many

things, it stated that my daughter is low in yeast, but high in

bacteria (Clostridia). "

Clostridia cannot be remedied by SCD alone because clostridia can feed

on carbohydrates as well as protein.

S. Boulardii can be used as well as drugs like Vancomycin.

Some have found that the diet did help some with their levels of

Clostridia. I believe that most though have to do more than just

SCD - either medication from the doctor (flagyl, vancomycin etc.)

and /or supplements such as GSE, S. boulardii, probiotics, yogurt

etc.

It is possible. The usual symptoms include rashes, thrush (white

spots or coating on tongue), itchy bottom, diarrhea, constipation,

bloating etc.
