HI,

Lacy is 4 yr 8 months, she has been using Melatonin for about 1 year

now. It helps her go to sleep. The doctor told me it stays in her

system for about 6 hours. She still wakes some times, I think its

diet or yeast related tho.

Melatonin is a powerful antioxidant... I've used it with magnesium

(Kirkman)... the best way to help/ alleviate sleep problems is the Magnetico

mattress... He's actually sleeping through the night now most of the time...

Is this for an adult or child? And if a child, ASD or not?

I have restless leg syndrome and Melatonin was suggested as part of the

Life Extension protocol. You can check them out at (I think) www.lef.com

if RLS is a concern, and just in general.

Take care, Fay

Cody has been getting Kirkman's Melatonin Plus since starting SCD (and

for 4 months prior to SCD it was Nature's Best Melatonin & NOW's 5-

HTP) to help him fall asleep. It usually helps him to fall asleep -

but he still wakes up during the wee hours of the night.

Peace,

Bobbie
