Guest guest
Dear Suzi and All, This post should be read in a matter of fact, kind hearted tone of voice. Thank you for your comments and the expression of your concerns...it gives me time and space to say that i am merely sharing my own journey into healing. The road to rosacea was a long one for me...years of drinking city water, taking antibiotics, eating foods laden with herbicides, pesticides, antibiotics, hormones. The journey out of rosacea was met with ridicule and comments about Eul Gibbins (sp), bird seeds and Don Quixote chasing windmills. But i continued my journey (red veiny faced as i was) and am much healthier today which is reflected in my face and neck. These posts are not about conversion of others. People do what people do. I am not prescribing, endorsing or recommending anything to anyone (this is stated in the posts). I do not make herbal recommendations to anyone without getting a full health history first. I see no difference in my sharing what worked for me than someone sharing that specific brand BCP's helped with their symptoms of rosacea (i know people who have had strokes because of BCP's). These posts are written in a journal format letting all of you see what i went through. I have no gain in sharing with any of the people on this list. I know the pain of rosacea. I heard the pain of others and i decided to share...just like everyone else on this list... If anyone has questions about contraindications (which tea or herb?) i am more than happy to share the in general common knowledge but will not make recommendations for anyone...that is what your local naturopath and herbalist (some MD's and DO's have formal herbal credentials too) are for. If the moderator of this list is of the opinion that i am out of line please contact me and i will not post any further journal entries...i understand completely. Note: The IOU Healing posts by Herbler are a personal account of her journey into self healing and in no way are prescribing or recommending specific treatment modalities for others. Please see your trusted health professional for adivce. Herbler
