I don't buy from the wine shop nect to Whole Foods, mostly at the LCBO. i just tried a wine from South Africa, " Two Oceans. It's cheap, $9.95 They have a red and a white. I added one saccharine tablet and some water to a glass and found it pleasant. For a splurge, i go with 7 tate St. margaret River from Australia but it is expensive and only for a special occasion like my 75th birthday next month. The stores are just loaded with zero sugar wines both white and red. don't get too fond of wine as it could relax your willingness to avoid illegal food :-) Carol F.
