Guest guest
Hopefully, this is a " legal " post, since it includes a recipe! I'm looking for some help in making this recipe with coconut flour and no eggs. Anyone? Thanks! http://brunch.allrecipes.com/az/syMrningGlryMffins.asp a
Guest guest
Maybe if you substituted pear puree for the sugar it would take care of the sweet and also be a replacement binder for the eggs. I have no idea if that would work or not but I am about to do some experimental baking as my son is allergic to eggs as well and a bread-a-holic. I have been very successful baking GFCF items without eggs and I don't see that it would be much different using SCD legal flours.
