Guest guest
Someone in private email asked me what I thought of the future of phototherapy. I don't know much about the past or present of phototherapy, but to the extent that rosacea flush and vascular manifestations can be treated, I'm sure the procedure will be perfected within the next 5-10 years -- lots of financial incentive to do so, and lots of potential for other conditions and skin care in general. But I don't see too much discussion here regarding the inflammatory manifestations of rosacea and phototherapy. Is anyone familiar with PUVA (which is the administration of a photo-sensitive drug with ultraviolet therapy)? Anything else being used? I don't know -- I'm just asking.
