Keratosis Pilaris Faceii Rubra

Hello

Keratosis Pilaris Faceii Rubra - characterised by small bumps - this is

also a symptom of the Big R - yes? Or do I now need to worry about

having KP as well as rosacea? No bumps anywhere on the rest of my body

but my face is covered in them. They are tiny and you can hardly feel

them to touch, but boy are they obvious! Any suggestions as to what can

make them go away? That would only leave me with the burning, redness

and spots to deal with!
