I just tried the zuccinni muffin recipe out of the book, and it said to put them in a muffin tin lined with papers, which I did. The muffins turned out great, but half the muffin sticks to the paper. Does anyone have any advice on what to do to make the paper come off of the muffin without taking most of it with it??? This drives me crazy!! Thank-you.
