Guest guest
, you should not be taking just the Elavil for pain. Mine is used for neuropathy and antidepressant, not like a pain killer. I thought when you said they put you on it, it was with other pain meds. Kimber -- Kimber Vallejo, CA hominid2@... Guest guest
, I'm sorry you ended up in the ER, though I'm glad you got an enlightened doctor.I know how it is, you'll be doing great for a week, a few days, even a few months, and then BAM, instantly the pain is unbelievable. It has no rhyme or reason sometimes and then others you'll be able to pinpoint what set it off. Mine's been a little off and on a gain lately. Bothering a me a bit today. I've been under orders from work that I am not to come in when I'm in a lot of pain. Unfortunately, that takes up a lot of my PTO time. If the pain meds they gave you continue to not cover the pain, go back and hope you get the same doctor. Don't just suffer in pain. Hope you feel better soon.
