Right now i am not having a hot flush, it just feels slightly warm on my cheeks and its all pink...I need to stop this now! water and deep breathing dont seem to be doing anything for me...i've been so worried and anxious this whole week about the pinkness and flushing that i can't concentrate on studying for exams or anythign else....my stomach is so tense from all the worrying! Guest guest
Hi, Getting too anxious will cause your face to flush more intensely. It sounds like you're overwhelmed with exams and your skin. It might be better to concentrate on studying for your exams now and to forget about your skin until the exams are over. You can't study well if you're so stressed about the course and your skin. If you can, try to take deep breaths and try to relax. In my job, I take classes at least a couple of times a year. I take it for granted that my skin won't be at its best during midterms and finals because I'm stressed about them. I try not to think about it and just concentrate on passing the course. Take care and hope you ace your exams!
