He's been eating cheddar cheese all along. So, that's why I'm a bit

confused why cheddar cheese comes up to be 0. He seldome drinks milk,

only rarely he might still request cereal, but it shows up as 3. I

know, I'm still not 100% SCD. I'm trying to get it there. But ever

since I started using almond flour and using honey instead of sugar

and eliminate soy sauce, and doing the homemade 24-hr yogurt, his

eating repertoire has increased, trying many more foods and the SCD

recipes too. He still refuses any veggies. I need to do the juicing

again, but getting lazy lately.

I'd definitely try to weed out the rest of the illegals and see if you

can get those little " leaks " plugged up.

You could make nut or coconut milk for him to drink. I am unsure of

what you would be using for a dry cereal on SCD. If it's not SCD,

then it needs to go too.

I remember this analogy.

The law of tacks.

If you are sitting on 2 tacks, removing one does not elimate 50% of

the pain. Only removing both tacks will solve the problem.

If you are seeing improvements by removing some illegals, just think

what you might see if you get rid of the rest.
