Guest guest
Patty, Could you use cast iron skillets? They have been known to increase the amount of iron in food. Also, vitamin C helps us absorb iron, so when you are eating a food cooked in the iron skillet, could you eat a food that contains vitamin C? Carolyn >My Dr wants me taking iron suppliments. Guest guest
I have used cast iron for years. It doesn't seem to be making much difference.
