Patty,

Could you use cast iron skillets? They have been known to increase the

amount of iron in food. Also, vitamin C helps us absorb iron, so when

you are eating a food cooked in the iron skillet, could you eat a food

that contains vitamin C?

Patty,

Could you use cast iron skillets? They have been known to increase the

amount of iron in food. Also, vitamin C helps us absorb iron, so when

you are eating a food cooked in the iron skillet, could you eat a food

that contains vitamin C?

I have used cast iron for years. It doesn't seem to be making much

difference.
