Guest guest Posted April 16, 2002 Report Share Posted April 16, 2002 there were more long term remissions in the 80's with accutane for acne pts. they were really serious about high doses back then, many people getting 1.5 to 2.0 mg/kg their first time for the 5 - 6 month period -- exceeding the brit j of derm 120 g/kg total cumulative dose guideline... this, of course, is bad for rosaceans, but good for long term remissions. > Not only that.
