Guest guest
I suffered a lot from swelling as well, but have managed to keep it under control with Glucosamine (1500 mg/day). Some folks on the board use Wobenzyme N, unfortunately, it didn't work well for me. I'm in my 40's and deep in the perimenopausal phase (black cohose helps) and noticed that when I intake too much sugar, alcohol or refined carbs (which I rarely do) my nose and surrounding areas swells quite a bit. Now, if I get off track I'll take a couple of advils as a quick fix, it seems to help a lot, but this is not something I do on a regular basis.
