Guest guest Posted March 6, 2006 Report Share Posted March 6, 2006 I think I remember on the gfcfdiet.com website that they said some raisins have a dusting of white flour on them in order to keep the raisins separated in the packaging process. You can check there in order to see which raisins don't have gluten. I'm sorry for you and your child. It is upsetting when you can't trust labeling as a consumer. It is a good idea to wait to introduce raisins (if you are concerned about possible gluten conatamination you may want to try a health food store/organic) until much further in the diet (months).
