Guest guest
2 cups peanut butter 2 cups powdered sugar 1/3 cup powdered milk 2 cups milk chocolate 1. Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and powdered milk well. Dough should be stiff, but not too sticky. 2. Form into balls. 3. Freeze for an hour or two. 4. Melt chocolate in double boiler. (I prefer microwave.) 5. Dip balls into chocolate; place them on waxed paper. 6. Let them rest until the chocolate is no longer sticky. Remove from the waxed paper with a thin metal spatula to prevent the bottoms from sticking to the paper. Makes 50 or so energy balls. Serving size - 1 ball.
