When we called they said they needed more info but would not give me the details as they said they would notify Dr. R's office. They said they mailed him on the 20th. Dr. R's office says they have not received it as of yet. I just want to find out what it is and get the info to them as soon as possible. Keep me posted as to how yours is going. The of course cannot find the letter that Dr. R faxed to them on June 22, and asked that I fax another today. they say this new packet should be on the computer in 3 to 4 days, but i should be prepared to wait 30 days for an approval. The fight begins! I think I will call this afternoon and ask for Georgia Brown as per le on this board. Maybe she can " find " the first letter.
