Dinah,

Dr. R's office sent it to BC/BS on June 6th. They received it on the

8th. When we called they said they needed more info but would not give me

the details as they said they would notify Dr. R's office. They said they

mailed him on the 20th. Dr. R's office says they have not received it as of

yet.

I just want to find out what it is and get the info to them as soon as

possible.

Keep me posted as to how yours is going. As soon as I hear something I

will let you know.
