Can anyone give me some alternatives to what is in Dr.

Nase's book for moisturizing? I've got both Seb Derm

and cea which makes it a bit tougher.

Also, does Evening Primrose Oil help out any with seb

derm?

Thanks all...

pardon my ignorance

does sebderm mean your skin is oily?

i've got oily skin

and

my derm just gave me samples of

effidrate

to try

so i've only used it for 2 days

but so far so good

it is perfumed and stings going on

but

no reaction to it otherwise

For the seb derm I use Nizoral shampoo on my face and I use Neutrogena

" Moisture " moisturizer for sensative skin or Lynda Sy's vita oil.

Good Luck,

Donna

I second the vita-oil. This is my 6th day of uisng 2 drops, yeas, only 2

drops measure with the dropper, on a dripping wet face. I can see a great

improvement but I am cautious about recommending anything since it seems

that relief can be so shortlived. Take care
