Guest guest
Has anyone heard from Grandma Bev? How is doing? Hi Tina and all, here is a message from Kim Payne, amongst other things she mentions that is doing a little better. Peace Torsten Hi Everyone, My 16-yr. old neice is doing an AP-biology project on CF. In addition to a written report, she must give an oral presentation with visual aids. She'd like to have a couple different brochures -- enough for each classmate to take with them. Generally, I rely on Grandmom Bev for all the printed material I need, but she's out of the office helping family due to her granddaughter's hospitalization (by the way, I talked to Lois at the Florida pharmacy today and is improving at Duke, but there still isn't talk of dismissing her yet.) I've searched the web and keep hitting a brick wall. I thought surely the CFF would have brochures, but nope! Go figure; I can order videos from them, but not brochures. I checked out Ortho-McNeil's site because they typically have nice materials, but it looks like only medical professionals at CF centers can place an order. And I didn't find anything on Axcan-Scandipharm's site. Oops, I forgot about Solvay... I'll check their site too But in the meantime, does anyone have suggestions how I can get some printed materials about CF mailed to my neice? If so, please email me at kimpayne@.... Her report is due mid-November and I told her I'd do what I can to get stuff to her. Thanks for the help on brochures to anyone who can help! Kim kimpayne@...
