Plan to go bungee jumping today with the boys and .... just kidding! ;-D I m thrilled I ve done this . I m doing fabulous! My citrucel is delicious in vanilla yougurt!! I belive the yeast is tangling with the yogurt, ( I guess I ll continue yogurt)....... The world shall know I m human again after an uneventful b.m. Thanks Dr. R your the MAN!!! til tomorrow.
