Guest guest
Found some yogurt starter in the back of the pantry with a 'best by' date of 10/05. Rather than just throw it out I gave it a try with 1 quart of almond milk. It worked - in fact hubby says its the best yogurt yet. Does anyone know if the 'outdatedness' of the starter would cause the yogurt to be less potent - meaning that we are getting less good stuff out of it than we would with fresh starter. dh - SCD since mid 04 - GI issues ph (4) - SCD 4/04 or thereabout - chromosome syndrome and autistic traits
