Guest guest
Just curious if anyone else on LDN is having this problem. I've been on LDN continuously since Feb. this year. Main issue is with my back. From the beginning of my MS diagnosis, the MRI shows a lesion in my thoracic area. Over the years this lesion has acted up at times as it seems to be doing now. First get up in the AM and things are fair but as the day progresses, back feels stiff, sometimes painful and causes more than the usual weakness in the legs. Take my 4.5 LDN at around 9:30 PM, and go to sleep some time later. If I wake up at 3 AM or so to void, will notice the back is doing much better (due to endorphins). When I get up, I'm still doing okay for a short while but again, the back will gradually worsen. Vision, cognitive, etc. etc. seems stable. Have tried DLP in the past and it was no help. Guest guest
I just started trying taking LDN for my crohns and other health issues.I don't know if I am going to stay on it. I don't sleep well on it and I also wake up with terrible upper back stiffnesss and soreness. When i don't take it my back is fine.ajdd63 <AJDION@...> wrote: Just curious if anyone else on LDN is having this problem.I've been on LDN continuously since Feb. this year.Main issue is with my back. Guest guest
Jim, it's very common to have insomnia and vivid (often bizarre) dreams when you first begin taking LDN. How much are you taking? Some of us cannot tolerate 4.5 mg, because of the resulting stiffness. My first four days on LDN I was as stiff as a board and totally miserable, until I switched to 3.
