Guest guest Posted January 24, 2006 Report Share Posted January 24, 2006 Hi All, I am attempting to add more variety to my SCD and am looking for a local source for Dry Curd Cottage Cheese. Is there anyone on this list from Ohio and have you found a source? Because this cheese is known by various names and one manufacturer's definition may be different than anothers, what do I tell " the cheese lady " at my local health food store regarding specifics about the cheese other than whats listed on pg. 286-7 of BTVC.
