Guest guest
I have recently given up wheat, because nothing else I've done has helped my legs. Dr. McCandless's information is fascinating, but I was a little discouraged to read that it can take up to six months to get the glutens out of your system. Six months! Has anyone had experience giving up wheat and, if so, did you feel the effects? I'm having trouble after five days!

Guest guest
, I recenty was test for food sensitivity and it came up that I was allergic to wheat. I have been off wheat products for about a month now and I have notice a difference in my health. It really become easier not to crave wheat products after you get further along in not having them, I don't miss that food item now and I was brought up with bread at every meal, good luck, nn [low dose naltrexone] OT: wheat/gluten >I have recently given up wheat, because nothing else I've done has > helped my legs. Guest guest
Hello , I too have been on a cleaning diet from wheat and a whole slew of other things. I did a Blood Print and discovered from that doctor that specializes in this that over 75% MS people have " hidden " intolerances. I'm finding that my health has really improved. I've gone from all sorts of withdrawals to now feeling better all the time... more lucid in thought and mind, and more positive in life... I've been trying to keep this diet up for over 6 months and of course cheat having kids and a husaband to deal with.. keep to your diet... it's worth it. elizabeth --- creiaa <CLANDAU@...> wrote: > I have recently given up wheat, because nothing else > I've done has > helped my legs.
