Guest guest
I was wondering if anyone had a definitive SCD legal list from Applegate. I have emailed them and called them. No one has responded. I am new (again) to the diet and am not sure if I would ask the right questions anyway. Does anyone have a solid list of legal foods from them? Both times I contacted them they said they were not familar with the SCD diet. About fifteen years ago I was able to get a list from them. Thanks Sue

A problem with commercial products is the companies do not cater tous and can change their ingredients at their discretion so it's up to us to keep checking. (This is not true of what we make at home). A butcher may be able to make legal bacon and sausage for you. This is possibl where I live in Toronto. Carol F.
