when i started on tetracycline almost a month ago

i asked the pharmacist who filled the prescription

i know you're taking a different kind of antibiotic

but

if you don't take supplements at the same time

ie wait until the antibiotic has been fully absorbed

(or vice versa) before taking the other

it should be okay

anyone out there know different?

what does grape seed extract do?

You can eat grapes while taking minocycline. I always eat the

seedless ones, though.

I take a calcium supplement that also contains magnesium and zinc. I read

that you should wait 2 hours after the antibiotic to take the zinc. I've

also read that you should wait 2 hours after the Allegra to take the

calcium. I don't know if it's ok to take the antibiotic and the Allegra

together or with any other supplements.

I believe grapeseed extract is supposed to reduce facial redness

since it acts as a natural antihistamine. I take 100 mg of Source

Naturals Proanthodyn -- Grapeseed Extract -- daily. When I don't

take it, I notice a slight pinkness in my skin. This is something

that Dr. Nase recommended to take along with Vitamin C in an Ester C

formula. I take about 500 mg of Ester C daily.

Hope that helps!
