Hi Steph,

I whip it until it is fluffy. No, I don't cook it at all. It is

like butter icing - just with honey instead of icing sugar.

like butter icing - just with honey instead of icing sugar.

Does anyone grind their one almond flour?

Is Welch's red grape juice and white grape juice also legal, or is it just the

regular grape juice?

Yes, for small amounts I use my coffee grinder; larger amounts go in

my food processor.
