This website gives a list of desired colors and the foods you can get them

from. Boiling the beets with vingear will work better. This website provides

information on an SCD compatable easter egg dying mechanism, but can be adapted

for other foods! I would filter it, say, if I were to make a frosting or a play

doh, as described.
