Guest guest
Hi. She has tested positive for all in blood, skin and very severe clinically. The most minuscule amounts made her react but she has not had anaphylaxis for those. She has had anaphylaxis to milk, though. So, I have not given any of that to her for a long time. Can you tell me a little bit of what are you thinking? Thanks for replying. mom 33y MCS, mult allergies. Mom to Fiol 14mo ASD > > Are these true allergies? Guest guest
Hi , When I have made vegetable flour I've used cooked carrots and cooked squash (because at the time I knew I tolerated both). I mashed the cooked vegetables and spread them in a thin layer on a dehydrator tray. Then turned it on and dehydrated until dried thoroughly. After cooling to room temperature I ground the dried vegetable to flour in a coffee grinder (blender or food processor with blade may also work.) If you don't have a dehydrator you may be able to do this in a low oven set to 175-200°F Depending on her symptoms she may not be ready for dried vegetables yet. If ready to try vegatble flour start with a little and gradually work up to larger amounts depending on her reactions.
