LOL a. I loved this post.It's true..we appreciate so many small

things. This afternoon I went to my girlfriend's law office. I can't

tell you how many times I huffed and puffed up those steps last year.

Today I went up them and down them like a normal person, not one step at

a time! She's chubby, not obese (I'm not saying that to be funny, she's

really just slightly plump) and before I left she said, sheesh, I gotta

get on a diet, I can't have you thinner than me. It will never happen

but it sure felt good to have her say that.

It is these small things that only those of us who have been through

this can truly appreciate. I say congratulations to a for yet

another milestone. See what skinny folks are missing out on...all this

fun...all this citrucel...can't get any better than this.

Hi Flo. I do stairs all day long at school and I know what you mean about

huffing and puffing. Perhaps next year will be different. One can only
