They always blame everything on the luck of the Irish - just kidding. After

we found out that the kids had CF we found out that my mother's cousin and

2nd cousin in Ireland had 2 kids with CF. I don't know if my mother is a

carrier but we found out my father is a carrier...weird right. My mother is

dead so we will never know.

Everyone always said my family had bad luck but I said to my father recently

that he might have actually had good luck - maybe my mother was a carrier and

all 6 of us were CF FREE!

Ah, the luck of the Irish..........

Next time I get an Irish Setter. Can/do dogs get CF? I know that animals

get cancer, aids, diabetes?

Rosemary in New York with 3 children with CF - they are 12, 9.11, 6...I

coined the phrase " BREATHE DAMMIT " ; and now we have a dog named - are you

ready for this - TOBI after their medication!
