This is so funny and so true! The book seems so thin to cover all the complex

It makes me wonder if Elaine wrote the book with blanks to be filled in

(like what temperature to boil the milk for yogurt to) as was the Talmud

to ensure that noone would embark on SCD without a mentor ;-)
