SCD-legal brand of melatonin?

Listmates: My son has been having sleep issues since being on a full

dose of LDN. He sleeps great for about 8 hours (7:30-3:30) and then

wakes up for a few hours, and then may or may not go back to sleep.

I'm thinking of giving him melatonin to break this cycle and restore

his normal sleep cycle, but I'm wondering if there are any

SCD-compliant melatonin brands out there? I'm thinking I'll need to

give him some in the middle of the night, since giving him some at

bedtime will wear off by 3:30 am, so I would need one in a dropper

form (that I can give while he's sleeping) or TD form.

We use KAL brand .5mg fast acting melatonin.

But it is a little caplet. It can be crushed though.

So, if you don't find a liquid brand perhaps you could mix this in a

little juice and use a syringe with it.

The other possibility is that he is just going to bed too early now.

If I put my kids to bed that early, they would probably get up at 4am

and stay up as well.
