I cannot get him to eat the items on the Intro diet.....tell me what you are doing and how your daughter is eating now, please! Bowen is eating SCD chicken nuggets, peanut butter, peanuts from shell, grapes, raisins, Granny apples,and a couple of the almond flour based cookies - he hates new foods and refuses them cfurnell@... If she just has the kind of gut bugs that can be starved out then no. Since she seems to be improving well, it wouldn't seem that she needs meds. Probiotics and/or yogurt, sauerkraut have good bacteria that can speed things up by taking up space were the bad gut bugs were.
